Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Business processes E2E
- Mapping processes end-to-end
- Running workshops with the customer face to face to familiarize with the current "as is" process
- Consulting Internal Customers to document and publish the end-to-end processes (Business Process Modeling)
- Modeling business interaction, communications, product and system hierarchy, organization, process, workflow, etc.
- Providing Process Solution for the customer "as needed" process
- Improving and standardizing implementation methodologies & customer interface touch points, Partnership management with critical biz partners
- Availability for Business Trips (max 50%)
Requirements:
- Several years experience in the Consulting Industry or in the Business Process Modeling (BPA)
- English – very good, German will be asse
- min one year of experience in the area of ProcessModeling / Solution Development roles
- Exposure to Six Sigma and related qualityconcepts, BPM, industrial engineering etc
- Experience of process modeling based on face toface interactions (Interview based), remote interactions and from other processdescription documents
- Customer centric. Strive for quality in servicedelivery to our customers
- Experienced in managing conflicts
- Customer influencing and convincing skills
- Able to work on an unstructured environment andbring structure to a problem, synthesize issues
- Process driven, able to improve theprofitability and processes within transition
- Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign,virtual and multi-cultural environments and as well if required during largerengagements on site at the customer location
- Familiarity with the Finance Processes will bean advantage.
