Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of relevant professional experience (Business Process Analyst/ IT Analyst)
- Experience in process optimization, improvements
- Experience in any kind of back-office process automation (using RPA, VBA, SAP Scripting, BPMS, SharePoint, etc.) will be an asset
- Very good command of English

Responsibilities:
- Opportunity identification for automation projects, driving automation workshops
- Analyse business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be automated
- Interview process participants to understand exactly how their processes work
- Document process information using visual diagrams in the form of business process models
- Identify, document and analyse business rules that govern the implementation of automations
- Facilitate process workshops, document process maps, as-is and to-be, and business requirements documents
- Analyse process models as they are (As-is), compare them to the future and improved designs (To-be) and determine the necessary changes for arriving at the improved state
- Business requirements gathering and creation for automations
- Write Business Process Management specifications to be used by the developers for process automation
- Co-create solution design with Developers and ensure PO and Ops and IT agreements
- Document procedures and present new process designs to stakeholders for discussion
- Test and execute processes with Operations to ensure that the right results are achieved
- Co-create testing scenarios with Operations
- Ensure training documentation and successful go live
- Examine processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, existing software applications and general business operations
- Coordinate a set of automation projects end to end (automation projects portfolio)
- Collate feedback on automation performance. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations
