Your role
As a business analyst, the current responsibilities include:
- upport the monthly workforce forecasting effort within GT, incl. providing support to GT stream teams during their monthly submissions
- prepare ad-hoc reports/analysis to identify opportunities related to workforce forecasting, and support the annual workforce planning
- support the transition of offline workforce reports to Tableau, and manage any future reporting enhancements / requirements
- support the administration of WFP tool, user training, users Q&A
- support onboarding of future functions on WFP tool
Your team
The Workforce Forecasting Management team is part of the Workforce Management team within the GCOO COO Business Management Utility. The team is in charge of preparing the monthly Workforce Plan reports (forecast vs. plan vs. actuals), and ad-hoc analysis/reports to identify opportunities to improve/manage the headcount forecasting, and provide support with WFP tool administration, training and support.
Your experience and skills
The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate the following attributes and qualifications:
- bachelor degree, ideally in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or similarly related field
- 2+ years of experience within the financial services industry
- knowledge of GT organization and processes for workforce forecasting
- experience with Tableau platform / related functionality
- ability to convert user input into business requirements
- very strong analytical skills
- strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
