Job Description Summary
This is entry level position into Business Intelligence world. We accept candidates with interest in processing data, analytical skillset and initial background in Excel and we are providing the relevant training and development path. The work requires processing data, attention to detail, communication with Clients to understand the requirements of the changes to reports, as well as creating/updating manuals and working within the team and supporting other.

Responsibilities:
- Processing data to create and deliver standard reports per agreed calendar
- Analysing created reports to assure the calculated results are correct and consistent across all part of the reports
- Communicating with Clients – emails and calls – to collect their requirements related to changing reports
- Implementing simple changes to standard reports, and with growing experience, implementing more complex changes to the reports
- Ability to deal with and solve simple Client complaints related to reporting service
- Archiving reports
- Updating and creating report manuals
- Applying all required security rules when it comes to processing sensitive data
- Following Shared Service Centre processes related to documenting Client requests
- Updating the Business Intelligence Content Library
Position Requirements
- Strong interest in data processing and good working knowledge of MS Excel is essential
- Good level of English language skills & phone/email etiquette (min B2 level)
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work within the team
- Ability to adhere to various BI and AMS processes
- VBA / OBIEE / BO knowledge would be an asset
- Experience of using human resource and recruitment technology databases and workflows would be an asset
