CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather requirements, track and triage issues raised from customers and perform day to day project management tasks
- Create weekly status reports to the internal team and the customer
- Work with cross functional teams to follow on status and resolve issues around billing, invoice, support, technical, legal and other type of tasks as needed to ensure customers/partners a high level of satisfaction
- For complex issues, gather background information and prepare problem statement documents, facilitate discussions with the team to drive resolution, project manage the resolution end to end, escalation to management as necessary
- Document the identified gaps in the customer/partner experience and coordinate with the learning technology platform team to address such gaps following internal processes
- Follow the process to initiate the AWS ATP onboarding/offboarding process. Prepare necessary information so that the partner manager can send out contracts for processing, communicate to AWS or AWS ATP on contract clarification based on instructions from the legal department. Follow up with the cross team on status in every stage of the onboarding
- Monitor and gather data
- On content consumption and new feature adoption,
- Help the partner manager prepare communication to customer POC.
- Reports preparation: quarterly business report with data to internal Google stakeholders, and yearly business review to AWS team.
- Use the Looker dashboard(s) for data gathering, file tickets to the data team to add changes per requests from internal teams.
- Support program using given documentation Support SOP and Account management SOP (perform the role of project management tasks and track the overall pro). Help the partner manager to document new processes into these docs when necessary.
- Research: find out necessary information about other platform according to provided categories and document findings
- Able to travel for business review meetings when needed (10%)
Your profile:
- Excellent collaboration, detail-oriented, project management, problem solving, conflict resolution and communication skills
- Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar client facing role
- Understanding of the Training/Learning/Certification space. Comfortable using data to track progress and gather insights
- Excellent ability to work in a cross functional team environment
- Ability to work with minimal daily supervision and effectively manage time
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- Able to translate business requirements into data or technological solutions.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Technical background preferred
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of the Cloud ecosystem, Basic knowledge of Cloud and Cloud related technologies
- Worked in the B2B enterprise SaaS space
- Experience pulling data from relational databases, experience with other statistical analysis and data mining software is a plus
