The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding Capita Poland’s Client base – both internally within Capita Group and externally in Pan-European markets – by identifying, creating, developing and closing strategic sales opportunities. We are looking for a high calibre hunter, capable of developing and maintaining long term C-level relationships with potential Clients from various sectors.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and reporting on sales forecasts.

Work with Group and Divisional Sales teams to identify and develop sales opportunities

Work independently to identify and develop sales opportunities throughout Europe

Lead third party and internal sales proposition creation, pricing, supporting and conversion to profitable contracts

Work with Capita Poland’s management team to develop operating models and associated commercial propositions

Liaise with Capita Poland’s Operational Management team to ensure effective transformation and transition of existing business processes to operational delivery sites without exposing the customers or Capita to undue risk

Review and align the pricing model of new business to appropriate margin, risk and contingency provisions

Contribute to the monthly reporting process with appropriate reports on sales and business development opportunities

Work with other offshore centres to enhance the Capita global delivery model

Are educated to degree level

Are a fluent speaker of English (level C2 or higher)

Are a fluent Polish speaker (level C2 or higher)

Are fluent in any other languages (considered beneficial)

Have work experience in multiple European markets

Are flexible to travel throughout Europe if required

Have experience in new business sales

Have experience in sales pipeline & lead generation

Have experience in negotiating commercially profitable contracts
