Zadania:
- Create business plan within the company framework
- Identify prospects and define contact programme
- Arrange prospect meetings and manage the sales cycle
- Attend meetings, seminars and conferences to promote company and generate new business
- Following training, become self-sufficient in demonstration of service/product
- Achieve targets as set out in the sales quota plan
- Actively seek opportunities to increase revenue growth
- Respond to all in-bound leads within 24 hours
- Act as lead contact for assigned Requests for Proposals (RFP) / Requests for Information (RFI)
- Ensure accuracy, quality and continuity of all presentation materials of company to all existing and potential clients
- Ensure that pricing for all opportunities is appropriate to volume and strategic importance to ensure that we maintain our business profit margins.
- Work with Client Relations and Operations to ensure that new business contracts are implemented seamlessly
- Work with account managers and operations to ensure they are informed of/approve any additional services or IT implementations the client may require in advance of signing any new business
- Communicate SLA changes to Operation Managers and Account Managers
- Contribute to sales meetings / sales pipeline review meetings and ensure that agreed actions are completed on time.
- Ensure that the correct process is followed and all relevant information is provided during the handover of the client to the support teams.
- Conduct post sale review with Sales Director to identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to Sales led initiativesContribute to Business Development Meetings / sales pipeline review meetings and ensure that agreed actions are completed on schedule.
- Previous B2B sales experience preferably with some multi-national exposure (3-12 months)
- Knowledge of Screening marketing and familiarity with legislation relating to employment screening, data protection and security would be desirable. Alternatively a background in HR or the Recruitment sector would be beneficial.
- Good IT skills - experience of Office suite, Internet and Social Media
- Confident and Engaging presentation skills to Board level
