Blue Business Media was founded in the crisis year 2009 as a conference company delivering sustainable and yearly repeating conferences to the Blue Chip companies in Poland, Russia and Romania. The company was established with the clear mission of giving a guidance to the largest companies, supporting growth during the challenging times. Shortly after the establishment, we realized that organizing just great traditional conferences is not good enough for realizing our mission. During the time, yearly repeating conferences became only one of the tools.

Job description
- Selling sponsorship sales and its realization at conferences organized by BBM; by doing so
- Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with B2B companies (Key account companies) towards future sales for next conferences (As packet sales); additionally,
- Generating lateral sales (by taking advantage of our brand capabilities) by innovative thinking towards many possibilities presented by the market (During sales process); and
- Ensuring all key account companies are fully aware at all times of all conferences organized by BBM.
Requirements
- Ability to strongly connect to the mission of the business to cause positive business change through business conferences;
- Relevant sales and customer services experience in a B2B environment (both on the phone and Face-to-Face);
- Excellent communication skills and easily establishing and maintaining relationships;
- Self-reliance, good organization, energy and high levels of self-motivation; and
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
