Business Application Support Specialist

Summary:
We are looking for solution oriented, self-driven, analytic, open-minded, and out-of-the-box thinking people to fill in our Application/CRM Administration vacancy in Warsaw, PL
Main responsibilities:
- Providing excellent application support for the internal Creamfinance web-based CRM software,
- Gathering requirements and assisting in the bug solving process by asking relevant questions and maintaining communication with the involved business side,
- Utilizing a well-developed troubleshooting skills to resolve a wide variety of software-related issues,
- Managing CRM advanced settings, making sure they are aligned with the relevant business processes,
- Assisting our development teams with complex requirements, development, testing, and deployment needs,
- Participation in international IT projects,
- Preparing reference for users by writing operational instructions.
Excellent command of spoken and written English,
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 1 year experience in IT support,
- Demonstrate a strong drive to learn and develop; ability to pick up new skills,
- Working knowledge of SQL,
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic expertise with CRM systems,
- Analytical thinking and orientation towards processes,
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities,
- Experience with bug and project tracking systems (eg. Jira, Mantis, Flyspray, Trac, etc.) would be an additional asset.
