Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Application development has progressed rapidly and Business Analyst is required to assist in the production of accurate documentation for the modules across the project lifecycle, and to assist in the Requirements Gathering process and the roll out of the applications to new and existing clients.
- Preparation & management of configuration documentation to support Product documentation, Requirements specifications, Configuration & Functional documentation, Sales documentation and Testing & Training documentation
- Collation of business & system requirements from Clients and Process teams
- Responses to requests for further information regarding applications
- Representation of the Team at client workshops
- Actively support the engagement in defining optimal and cost effective IT solutions for identified business opportunities
- Drive standardization of IT solution aligned with GPM , across delivery centres for an engagement and across engagements
- Able to organise, prioritise and manage own workload, proactive and strong at self management, able to work under pressure, with minimal supervision and direction
- Able to summarise and analyse complex situations. Follow analytical and methodical approach to working with keen eye for detail
- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills to efficiently interact with the Team and key stakeholders
- Able to manage conflicting time demands and multiple projects simultaneously
