Business Analyst – HR Technology

Your Impact:
As the HR Technology Business Analyst (BA), you will join our HR/IT Center of excellence and innovation. Your role will be to design and govern BA processes, tools and methodologies. Additionally, you will offer global HR technology solutions aligned to the broader HR strategy to optimize HR effectiveness and efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
HR Technology Business Analyst:
- Become the trusted source for the BA methodology for HR technologies
- Design, develop and govern the business analyst processes, tools and methodology
- Develop a BA Community of Expertise (CoE)
- Serve as a liaison to global functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements; drive technical aspects of project and solution delivery with a global mindset
- Participate in governance model for enhancement feasibility, prioritization, requirements, and change management
- Partner with the various HR Systems teams to design and deliver an intuitive, positive, and scalable user experience
- Partner with other technical teams including knowledge management and the system administrators to successfully and efficiently maintain the global platforms
- Prepare technology-related deliverables
- Partner with Solutions Panel Leads to identify gaps of knowledge and any training that needs to occur from a business analyst perspective
HR Technology Solutions
- Thoroughly understands and stays abreast on existing and new functionality for various HR technologies (external)
- Monitor usage and adoption of the various HR Systems to identify system enhancements and continuous process improvement activities (internal)
- Understands the HR technology connectivity landscape to identify the current state and potential opportunities of improvement
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and experience in HR information systems and project management; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
- 5+ years progressive experience with IT tools supporting HR functions (ideally ServiceNow)
- 5+ years of BA experience and participation in large scale projects
- Ability to develop strategies for different HR tools
- Experience in software design processes, improving functionality, widget development, campaign designs and automation
