Key responsibilities:
- Team management - recruitment, motivation, organization and evaluation of the work
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Ensure the smooth flow of information with clients
- Verification / identification and appropriate escalation of problems reported by the customer
- Ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks
- Responsibility for achieving results and their reporting
- Cooperation with different departments in the organization
Qualifications:
- Higher education (min. BCs)
- Min. 1.5 years of work experience related to invoicing / financial / accounting and management
- Knowledge of English and German at level B2 minimum
- Computer skills - MS Office
- Good organization of work
- Teamwork skills
