For one of our Clients, designer and manufacturer of insulation and packagigng materials for different industries across the Europe (based in Olszyna) we are currently looking for:
Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
Place of Work: Gryfów Śląski, Lubań, Olszyna

Tasks:
- Issuing detailed sales offers, proposals, negotiations, and following up with customers
- Sending welcome packets to customers
- Preparing and processing sales orders, and acknowledging them
- Maintaining a current list of open orders
- Updating and maintaining delivery/shipment schedule
- Coordinating shipments to/from customers
- Active management of deferred shipments
- Communicating with Sales Managers and Production Dept. regarding orders and delivery status
- Maintaining current and accurate customer files and information
- Maintaining claims log, and action them focusing on customer’s satisfaction and resolution of any issues
- Filing documents following internal procedures
- Managing sales mailboxes, and dealing with incoming emails
- Acting as a liaison between customers, sales managers, production/quality departments and other departments within the organization to ensure processes are followed and customers’ needs are met
- Maintaining customers and carriers files and agreements up to date
- Data management, and database improvements projects
- Other ad-hoc duties as required in collaboration with Management

- Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven communication skills both orally and written with customers and internal colleagues
- Customer focused individual
- Team work and initiatives are keys to promote a good atmosphere
- Strong experience with PC based communications and analysis including E-mail, and MS Office
- Some bookkeeping and/or accounting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
