Capgemini’s in-house agency, EDGE Creative, has over 35 copywriters, marketers, designers and developers from a wide variety of backgrounds and nationalities.
We are looking for a Bid Marketing Manager to join us and fuel our continued growth.
Based in Kraków, Poland, the Bid Marketing Manager will work in a global team with the industry's sharpest and most experienced marketers, consultants and sales teams.
He or she will work together with designers, copywriters, subject matter experts (SMEs) and developers to support global and regional sales teams in developing sales strategy, branding, content and any marketing materials that will help sell Capgemini IT, BPO and outsourcing services to potential clients.
- Coordinating with clients in a variety of business areas. You need to be ready to gain a thorough understanding of a complex business. This means learning about Capgemini solutions, technology and internal processes and using the knowledge in your everyday project management.
- Managing client sales and project teams located in multiple locations across the globe. You’ll be working with sales and bid managers on Capgemini’s largest bids. You will need to understand the way sales teams in big organizations work and become part of their team. Very often the project team will consist of people in several locations across the globe – you will need to find a way to connect and manage the team efficiently.
- Managing projects end to end with our internal team. You’ll be working on projects that involve designers, copywriters, developers and experienced marketing professionals. You will need to write compelling briefs and oversee their execution into high-quality creative work.
- Managing relations with external vendors. You will be responsible for coordinating with external organizations such as printers, creative agencies and shipping companies.
- Act as trusted advisor to our clients. Many of our sales teams are not marketing professionals – it’ll be up to you to advise them and provide expert opinion.

- Relevant experience in an advertising agency (position of Account or Project Manager) or Sales/Account Management team in a corporate environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to put forward new ideas
- A passion for technology (especially within a business context)
