Job purpose:
Steria is managing and proposing a complete IT Service Management solution to its customers based mainly in Europe. We are now working on a new release of the software. In this context, a new solution for operational Reporting and Dashboards needs to be set-up, from the architecture design to the delivery and support.
Job Purpose for the new BI Project Manager is managing the development of the new release of operational reporting solution (potentially based on Westbury) and the transfert of developments from the old solution to the new one. After implementation phase, BI Project Manager will be responsible for management of the reporting team on a daily basis .
- Coordinating designing, development, installation and testing of reporting components
- Managing the relations with the internal clients
- Conforming to quality standards
- Managing the Reporting Developers team (about 4 persons)
- Preparing and following the workload, budget, planning and risks according to Steria Business constraints
- Providing level 3 support for production activities
- Reporting on project status and activity to program board
Required Qualitie:
- Adequate experience in project management for at least 3-5 years
- Technical Skills & Experience on: Business Object/ Data Warehouse, Oracle, SQL, Windows environment (shell, DB drivers), Unix (shell)
- Experience in managing the projects in the international environment
- Fluent English (French and/or Polish is a plus)
- Soft skills: Good communication skills, open minded & non-judgemental, strong team player attitude, very good analytical skills
