Back Office Specialist – Estonian Speaker
location: Warsaw/remotely after training in the office
Job description:
Effectively manage e-mail customer’s queries to ensure excellent service standards;
Provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency;
Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges;
Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction;
Communicate in positive manner with team members and business partners.
Requirements:
Fluency to native level in Estonian;
Must have excellent written communications skills;
Call Centre experience will be an asset;
Experience working with direct consumers in B2C environment as a plus;
Positive attitude and energy;
Robust multitasking skills.
