Back Office specialist – Czech Speaker

Duties:
- Effectively manage e-mail customer’s queries to ensure excellent service standards;
- Provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency;
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges;
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Communicate in positive manner with team members and business partners.
Requirements:
- Fluency to native level in Czech;
- Must have excellent written communications skills;
- Call Centre Experience will be an asset;
- Experience working with direct consumers in B2C environment as a plus;
- Positive attitude and energy;
- Robust multitasking skills.
