B2B transportation sales specialist

In our team, you will be responsible for attracting new business clients;
Place of work: Home office
Description of work:
- Attracting new customers and constant control of cargo in transit;
- Constant communication and close cooperation with the forwarding department and the transport department;
- Communication with clients by email and phone;
- Signing contracts and receiving orders;
- Preparation of documents for the company's clients, including: commercial offers, service cards and official letters;
- control of payment for services rendered;
- Maintaining a database and entering transactions in the registry (CRM).
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
- Understanding the formation of the cost of services in the freight market;
- Required knowledge: English A2 at the communicative level;
- Successful experience in sales or logistics will be a big advantage;
- readiness for constant interaction with clients;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
