Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of professional experience, preferably in analytical, reporting or process improvement role
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken (at least B2), German will be an asset
- Positive attitude and commitment to improve and automate the way processes are performed
- Strong analytical, process improvement and conceptual mindset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, VBA, MS Access
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, SAP Scripting or SharePoint will be an asset
- Experience with SAP FI will be an asset
- Experience with data mining and Big Data tools will be an asset
- Ability to work independently on given tasks
Responsibilities:
Automation Specialist is responsible for automating the Asset Recovery process by creating tools and solutions that will increase process efficiency and output quality. In addition person on this position will maintain automation tools that are already in place and advise internal clients in choosing the best solutions to automate certain activities.
- Working with the Asset Recovery team on delivering tools in multiple technologies, i.e. VBA, MS Access, SharePoint, SAP Scripting (“on the job” training will be provided if needed)
- Collecting requirements, designing and developing solutions that will automate and improve Asset Recovery processes
- Identifying and learning technologies that can be used for process automation
