Automation Senior Specialist

Our client is a home improvement company operating nearly 1,200 stores in 10 countries in Europe. We employ 77,000 people and nearly six million customers shop in our stores and online every week.
Our client has recently opened a new Finance Shared Service Centre in Cracow.
Our Transition & Transformation Team is now expanding and therefore is looking for experienced Automation Specialists willing to support the design & implementation of Continuous Improvement framework with a great focus on process automation including Robotics (RPA) solutions.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in process automation in BPO/SSC sector
- At least 2 years of experience in process delivery (General Ledger, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable)
- Advanced level of VBA & MS Excel
- Good command of English (at least B2)
- Basic experience in modelling databases in MS Access
- Experience in managing SharePoint sites – nice to have
- Experience in any RPA technology – nice to have
- Experience in PowerBI or any other business intelligence application – nice to have
- Very good problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Creating new and redesigning existing applications using VBA, MS Excel, Access/SharePoint and SAP Scripting
- Support implementation of RPA framework in the organization
- Develop, integrate and test Robotic Process Automation solutions
- Providing regular support on the implemented automation tools to end users
- Preparing benefit vs cost analysis of the requested automations in order to support the implementation decision
- Conducting business process analysis along with data collection
- Supporting delivery teams with SharePoint platform (designing objects: sites, lists, libraries, workflow; access management etc.)
- Constantly challenging the status quo and looking for new solutions to expand the knowledge and improvement possibilities
