Associate Service Administration & Dispatch (m/f)
Functional Area: Commercial Operations
Duration: limited to 1 year with a possibility to extent
Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Position Description
- Administration of service related orders including quoting and invoicing;
- Communication with external customers;
- Selling and support selling service agreements and service products;
- Communication with internal customers from other QIAGEN departments;
- Co-ordination of QIAGEN’s European Team of Field Service Specialists.
Position Requirements
- Experience with customer relationship software (Salesforce);
- Experience with standard computer software (MS Office);
- Experience in scheduling and dispatching of field based personnel;
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage (SD Module);
- Fluent English and French/Spanish skills;
- Any other European language would be a plus especially German.

- Highly motivated and constantly willing to learn new things;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good team player;
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
