We are looking for an experienced and hard working person with proactive approach, capable of multi-tasking, flexible, willing with problem-solving skills.

Requirements
Responsibilities and duties:
- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget,
- Responsible for the financial cash,
- Organizingthe office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment;
- Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs;
- Planning of meetings and appointments
- Reporting: preparation regular reports for parent company in Slovakia
- Supportof management of company
- General correspondence, organization of contracts storage,
- Administration,ensure the daily operation of the office according to the actual requirements.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, agenda, etc.
- Preparation of documents for Polish accounting company
- Manage, sort and distribute incoming mailings, deliveries and other communications,
Required education:
- Secondary with school-leaving examination
- University education
Requirements for the employee, skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist or at assistant position,
- Previous experience with accounting and personal management (is anadvantage)
- excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken),
- Strong sense of initiative, good problem solving skills, good sense of organization,attention to detail,
- Strong problem solving skills, able to work under pressure
- Quick-learning,self-motivated and hard-working
- English– advanced
- Knowledge of office procedures and methods including communications, office systems, andrecord keeping,
- type-writingskills,
- Knowledge of business communication, including styles and formats of letters,
- Must have great computer skill, computer literate (especially document formatting, tables(in both word & excel), outlook, internet and PowerPoint, Microsoft officeetc.
