About this opportunity
Welcome to the Investment Product Trading Services team. We add value by serving our Private- Business- and Personal Banking customers setting up funds, manage static data for funds, performing corporate actions in funds, controlling and monitor the fund-trading-flow and ensuring well settlement of the trades. As Assistant Service Operations Officer you’ll play a valuable role in executing and improving operational processes within selected investment products, with the ambition to continuously deliver even better experience for our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take part in training
- Ensure that the processes in scope are executed in a timely manner with high quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain (advisors, Investment Centre, Savings Support, Nordea Funds, Nordea Asset Management)
- Drive the team’s agenda to make the operating model more efficient, more scalable and less prone to risk over time
- Drive or participate in projects related to Team´s capabilities
You’ll join a new cross-border team collaborating with many internal stakeholders. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Experience within the savings-area is meritorious
- Swedsec licence or other licence related to finance or investment funds is meritorious
- Excel and macro knowledge will be an asset
