Organizing and coordination of business travels for department staff
Organization of internal meetings, preparation of agendas and dissemination of meeting minutes
Preparation of presentations
Maintenance of documentation and information flow in the department
Email/phone contact with clients, suppliers, employees
Coordination of internship program and interns
Organization of departmental events
At least 1 year experience in similar position
Very good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel & Power Point)
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
Excellent organizational skills
Good communication & interpersonal skills
