The company is currently looking for the right candidates for the position of:
- Provide excellent quality, quick and responsive services to the team;
- Arrange conference calls;
- Assist in activities related to organizing internal and external meetings and conferences;
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes;
- Database update;
- Translate of various documents, property particulars etc.;
- Undertake and maintain the filling system both in and outside of the office;
- Support the department in what is being produced for clients (manage of electronic data rooms, prepare memoranda or reports and other client related activities);
- Prepare marketing documents;
- Support in general client correspondence;
- Prepare expense claims for the Capital Markets team members;
- Maintain and update contacts and distribution lists in Outlook and Client First;
- Continuously develop market knowledge and terminology.

- 1-2 years of experience working in the sector and in a similar position preferred.
