Capita Company Secretarial Services is the largest outsourced provider of corporate secretarial services in the UK with established teams based in London, Exeter, Dubai and Krakow.
Due to the continued success and growth of our client base in Krakow we are looking for talented and ambitious law graduates to join us.
In this role you will work closely with other team members in Krakow and London and support a qualified Company Secretary with all aspects of company secretarial work for both internal and external client companies.

providing company secretarial services to external client companies and Capita plc, under the guidance of a UK qualified Chartered Secretary. Day to day responsibilities will include UK statutory compliance, supporting corporate transactions and managing corporate data on Blueprint OneWorld company secretarial software.
