LM Wind Power Service is looking for Administration Assistant to be located in Goleniów. You will work in our Service Department to support operational area. You will be a part of a large network within LM, and will cooperate with all empolyees in Service Department.
As a Service Assistant You will be responsible for:
- Support Operations Department in administrative tasks
- Check completeness of documents provided after service
- Contact with customers and monitor payments
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Support invoicing process
- Ensure a high data quality level in existing ERP system (Axapta)
- Book hotels, arrange transport (flights, buses, trains)
You will report to Senior Service EU Manager who is based in Goleniów.
Your Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in administrative or assistant role
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office with focus on MS Excel
- Experience in working with ERP system
- Orientation to details
- Strong communication and team work skills
