Job description
- Manage and lead the Accounts Receivable team
- Supporting daily processes and consulting projects related to Accounts Receivable: invoicing, customer accounts reconciliation, cash allocation, contacting customers, month-end closing support
- Preparing and updating process documentation
- Participation in process improvements and transitions projects
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant or a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team
- Excellent English skills
- Good skills in MS Excel
- Adaptive approach and ability to work in changing business environment
- Drive for process improvement
- Experience in process transition would be an asset
- Financial or business educational background would be an advantage
- Flexibility on business trips
