KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring and controlling billing process for designed units
-
Solving billing errors to ensure everything is billed on time, completely and correctly
-
Monitoring and reviewing transactions due for billing but pending to be billed for any reason
-
Monitoring billing documents not recognized in Finance due to any error
-
Detecting the reason, taking needed actions
-
Maintaining of output conditions identifying how the customers receive each document (email, EDI, fax, paper)

Cancelling of wrong documents and manual billing when needed
-
Delivering high level of customer service
-
Providing answers to business focal points and/or served units related to billing process
-
Reporting to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards (delays, missing input)

Gain knowledge regarding country and process specific for respective units
-
Updating necessary documentation
-
Daily reporting, ad hoc statistics
-
Supporting other team members in achieving team and individual goals
-
Supporting, if required, other process areas e.g. during peak periods of work
-
Actively undertaking activities to increase own competency portfolio
-
Working as a member of the team, participating fully in team activities, taking responsibility for team goals and coaching and supporting other members of the team to increase their competencies and skills
EXPECTATIONS:
- University degree (bachelor or master)
- English – min. B2 level (is a must)
- Italian – min. B2 level ( is a must)
- Prior work experience in accountancy/within a multicultural, international environment would be an asset
- Good computer skills: familiar with MS Office and SAP (would be an asset)
- Responsible, patient, with analytical skills
- Communicative and helpful team player
