AR Clerk with Greek, Kraków
With the ever-growing number of clients and suppliers around the world, we need a smart specialist who will be responsible for AR activities in the Accounting Department to ensure financial stability in the company.
You will be responsible for the processing of received payments, raising manual invoices and credit notes and handling of deductions. Moreover, you will be clearing credit notes and participate in monthly and yearly closing. Apart from that, you will be doing account analysis and reconciliation. You will be reporting to direct supervisor of any deviations from agreed standards (delays, use of wrong templates, missing input).

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team
- Greek knowledge – min. B1 level
- English knowledge – B2 level
- University degree
- Good MS Excel skills
- Working experience in finance and accounting activities would be an asset
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
