Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Customer Service and Disputes activities related to Disputes queries/requests from the customers via e-mail
- Respond to and resolve requests raised by Collections and/or Sales Team, pertinent to adjustments
- Validation of contractual agreements related to Disputes process
- Order management and returns management activities in SAP
- Coordination of Disputes process with internal teams and spare parts vendors
- Ensures resolution of queries within the contractual metrics
- Collections activities on outstanding AR
- Invoice Processing
- Cash Application
- Credit Memo Requests
- Disputes Adjustments
- Very good English (B2/C1)
- Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel)
- Preferably experience in collections
- Experience in working with SAP would be an asset
- Reporting to Team Leader
- Working on afternoon shift (11:00 am -19:30 pm)
