- Leading, managing & motivating a team of AP accountants: recruiting, setting goals, developing, work evaluation & other tasks
- Coordinating the daily work of the AP team
- Providing high quality of working standards
- Build and maintain positive relationship with internal and external customers
- Managing KPIs and perform necessary actions when the actual level is below the target
- Spread/Maintain/Promote Lean methodology
- Contribute to process improvements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting area on the position of Accountant, Senior Accountant, Team Leader
- General accounting knowledge ( knowledge of AP processes as an advantage)
- Experience in managing a group as a Team Leader/ Project Leader will be a strong asset but is not a must
- Master’s degree
- Very good English knowledge, any additional language beneficial
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Ability to build and establish a good working relationship within the team
- Strong customer service skills
- Being inquisitive, diligent and well-organised
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
