Currently in the name of our Scandinavian Client - Finance & Accounting Services Business Unit in Toruń, we are looking for a talented candidate for the position of: AP Team Leader (Implementation team).
- organizing and assuming responsibility for the accounting process in line with quality standards and service levels for assigned customers
- managing, monitoring team performance on the daily operational basis
- mentoring and developing team members
- coordinating internal team leader responsibilities within HR processes to their team members
- developing routine reporting for management and internal & external customers
As an ideal candidate you should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, higher education (preferably Accounting, Finance or Economics), fluent English,other languages (German, Scandinavian, Finnish, Latvian, Slovakian) are a strong asset. Additionally, you can be described as self-organized, target oriented, accurate and skilled in coaching, motivating and developing others, also your big asset is great time management. A must is your knowledge and experience in ERP systems used in accounting (SAP experience is a plus).
