• Account Payable liaison for Procure to Pay operations process improvement and issue fixes
• Support end to end procurement system readiness & integration test for MAD projects (merger, acquisition & divestiture)
• Support procurement process improvement project and drive user change management
• Support system requirements, end to end customer acceptance test (CAT) , data migration or change management for systems upgrade/replacement
• Procurement operations desktop procedures, system process documents, training materials & portals content management
• Support day to day procurement operations issues & escalations
• User training management and improvement
• Degree or equivalent combination of Information technology or Computer related education and experience is required with a minimum of 5+ years of related in IT related applications analyst or operational & enterprise applications support
• Procure to Pay solutions management, ARIBA Buyer or Oracle r12 application exposures are added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills which able to work with wide group of people globally
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• Good in multitasking and able to drive quality delivery for job assigned
