Your responsibilities:
  • Customer complaints processing via SAP
  • Order processing
  • Monitoring the timeliness of clarification and handling of complaints
  • Conceptual approach to customer complaints – analysis of trends, as well as areas emerging from customer feedback, determining the problems and seeking solutions
  • Phone and e-mail customer support aimed at building long-term, professional relationships
Requirements:
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
  • Experience in the area of Customer Complaints
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as customer focus
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
  • Dynamic personality, demonstrating independence and flexibility
  • Willingness to develop professionally
  • Higher education
  • Very good command of English and Polish (B2)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular); knowledge of SAP would be an asset
