Agile Coach

Requirements:

• Being an Agile expert
• Experience in implementing Agile techniques in different cultures and environments
• Experience in successfully running Agile projects of varying size and complexity
• 10 years of IT experience
• 4-5 years of experience as Scrum Master and 2-3 years of Agile Coaching
• Very good English
• Being able to provide objective guidance

Responsibilities:

• Coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style
• Assisting Scrum teams to improve delivery performance through coaching and mentoring on team roles, tools, processes and ceremonies
• Serving as Subject Matter Expert on Agile development methods and processes
• Being a Partner with Agile Transformation office to understand the needs of the Enterprise while also considering the unique needs of the company
• Using influencing skills to effectively drive process implementation, standardization and simplification
• Excellent communication and partnership skills will be used when interacting and communicating with key stakeholders and customers at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
• Identifying opportunities for continuous operational and team improvements
• Advance Business, IT and Operations leadership’s understanding of their respective roles within Agile
• Imparting external Agile industry knowledge within the company
• Providing training/workshops, as needed and support for all Agile Communities of Practice in the company
• Consulting on and utilizing the latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies
• Maintaining relevant metrics that help the team see how they are performing
• Ensuring cross-team coordination
• Learning new things and improving existing ones
