Global Associate Resource Center Team provides Human Resource administrative services including program and policy administration and service delivery.
- Responding to incoming and assigned issues
- Employing a service delivery business model / approach to managing client relationships
- Ensuring appropriate escalation steps are followed
- Appropriately assigning issues to team members in accordance with the Assignment Procedure
- Applying the changes in the processes in daily work
- Fluent English and communication skills (C1 level is a must)
- 6 months of previous experience in administration or HR will be an asset
- Experience in International organization will be an asset
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and work to meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility
- Teamwork skills
- University degree preferable
