Job description
- Bookkeeping tasks
- Debitor follow-up, reminders
- Dealing with Polish authorities
- Managing real estate assets
- Assisting MGT with ongoing tasks
- Internal controller tasks
- Relations with foreign suppliers, world wide
- Limited invoicing tasks
Requirements
- Relevant education or training (administration, accounting, finance), and/or at least 3 years experience.
- Great English skills, written/spoken
- Organised and tidy. Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experienced with MS:Office or similar
Personal skills:
As a person you are structured and precise. You always follow procedure, and take pride in producing results within agreed deadlines. You are looking for a long term position.
You do not mind being a bit of the office 'octopus', taking care of many tasks both periodical but also ad hoc.
