Working with CBRE lawyer and standard templates prepare and finalise contracts with sub-consultants providing services for CBRE and fee share agreements with other CBRE companies. Arrange signature, registration and lodging with finance department,

Prepare documentation and information required for the creation of project numbers working with CBRE lawyer,

Working with CBRE lead consultant for each project and CBRE finance raise invoice requests in accordance with signed contracts. Issue invoices to clients. Chase payment of outstanding invoices,

Working with project leads update and maintain the excel pipeline for new contracts, expected payments from clients and payments to be made to subconsultants,

Update and maintain the contractor data base system,

Support organization of department and company events,

Manage health and safety clothing for staff,

Be responsible for department equipment,

Maintain holiday schedule for all department staff. Working with Assoc. Directors update and maintain staff allocation tracking excel across projects,

Provide support to the director of building consultancy regarding travel, accommodation, expenses and other administrative tasks,

Other tasks allocated by the director.
