Responsibilities:
• Creating all customer orders within SAP (ensuring accurate processing)
• Verifying completeness of essential data (in foreign language)
• Gathering missing information if required
• Making sure that all orders are well processed
• Applying judgement on purchase orders
• Ensuring fulfilment of licenses to customers and providing Clients with them
• Maintaining all customers' data within the SAP
• Creating and generating invoices
• Resolving order queries or problems issued by Clients
• Working along side sales teams
• Providing support to ad hoc company initiatives
• Performing additional administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Fluent knowledge of one of the European languages
• Very good knowledge of English
• Higher education
• Experience involving attention to detail and customer service
• Computer skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to details
• High level of communicativeness and being ateam player
• Ability to work with and be a part of an international team
