Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the dedicated company management committee members (including administrative);
- Manage the executive’s schedule (arranging meetings, preparing presentation materials, calendar management and travel planning);
- Produce and proof read correspondence, documents, packs and presentations if and when required;
- Liaise with clients, teams, and external parties;
- Ad-hoc project work and support provided whenever needed.
Profile description:
- University degree;
- Experience as an assistant in international environment with position related to supporting expats;
- Fluency in English both oral and written is a must;
- Very Good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Perfect organizational skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
- Ability to cope with numerous demands from various people at the same time and to prioritize work effectively;
- Can-do attitude combined with strong service orientation and the desire to deliver high quality results;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a collaborative
- working style; team player;
- Initiative, flexibility, assertiveness and a target-oriented approach.
