Administrative Director

Opis stanowiska
We are currently looking for a director who can oversee administrative work at our company, strengthen our team, quickly integrate into our processes, and become part of a successful modern company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all the administrative work of offices across various departments (accounting, finance, human resources, legal)
Wymagania
REQUIREMENTS:
-
3+ years of experience in a similar position (administrative/managing director)
- Basic understanding of legal issues
-
Basic understanding of management accounting and financial management
-
Experience managing offices
-
Experience opening/closing offices in different locations
-
Ability to handle stress
-
Ability to multitask and handle tight deadlines
-
Good knowledge of Russian for communicating with colleagues from different regional offices
-
Knowledge of English at an upper-intermediate level or above (both written and spoken)

Makes decisions independently and takes responsibility for the outcome
