- Providing administrative support for a Vice President and Directors
- Maintaining the calendars (Outlook and other tools)
- Writing action items and minutes of meetings
- Preparing expense reports in SAP Expense Tool
- Arranging travel itineraries using corporate tools (booking flights, hotels, car)
- Supporting visitors in KRK office by preparing agendas and scheduling meeting, organizing transportation and catering
- Support in organizing the company's events
- Conference rooms booking in KRK and DFW
- Organizing team events, Happy Hours,
- WebEx, Intercall & Video Conference support for All-Staff meetings
- Meetings coordination for the team (rooms reservations, preparing agenda, catering etc)
- Providing general administrative support for the team
- Preparing reports
- University degree or final year student (available full-time)
- Min. 6-12 months of experience on a similar position
- Fluency in English
- Open-minded, flexible, creative, friendly attitude
- Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks
- Maturity, professionalism, ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational skills
- High level of tact and professionalism, very strong communication skills (English)
- Ability to deal with customers (internal as well as external) in a professional manner
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to take direction in a very fast paced environment
- Exceptional MS Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
