Infusion's Wroclaw office is seeking a part-time administrative assistant. The working schedule would be for 3 days (24 hours) per week. The position reports directly to the head of the office and will cooperate with department heads, giving the candidate broad exposure to activities within the office. This will be an interesting position for a candidate looking to deepen their experience in business administration and to learn about the software industry.
- Accountancy: responsible for managing office expenses, compiling expense reports, etc.
- Travel Booking: Airline, hotel, train, and car service reservations for the management team. Accomodation booking and travel assistance for employees relocating from other countries and foreign visitors.
- Office Management: Liaison with the landlords and all vendors for maintenance including cleaning and office supplies. Administration of employee parking spaces. General responsibility for keeping the Wroclaw office in good condition.
- Courier and mailing services: sending and receiving mail and courier parcels, including customs documentation
- It Support Assistance: helping remote IT support staff with local tasks, including inventory and following steps to set up new equipment
- Personal assistance to the head of the office with regard to daily operation as well as with special projects as assigned by the head of the office such as special events and initiatives
- Assistance to the HR team: assisting the HR team with basic administration and special projects
- Social Event Planning for the Wroclaw office
- Student or Graduate of a business administration, computer science, finance or related degree
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Previous experience of office administration is a strong asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Interest in business processes and the software industry is an asset
