thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide. We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Procurement (PRO). As thyssenkrupp Gdańsk we are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.
- Regular cooperation with management boards of all thyssenkrupp subsidiaries around the globe
- Preparation of management presentations and financial overviews
- Translations of corporate documentation
- Preparation of correspondence in an error free professional manner
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organization of meetings/events and workshops
- Management of calendar and customer’s mailbox
- Travel organization and Travel Expenses management
- Purchasing and invoice processing
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Min. 4 years of experience in administrative assistance
- Advanced knowledge of German language – min. B2+
- Advanced knowledge of English language – min. B2+
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Well-handling confidential data with full secrecy
- Outstanding communication skills
- BPO/SSC experience would be an asset
- A sense of common purpose
- Ability to work under pressure and to manage competing priorities
