Administrative Assistant /Office Manager
- Preparing office and dealing external correspondence (distribution of mail, submitting issues for examination)
- Handling incoming calls
- Archiving agreements and being responsible for comprehensive preparation of reports on agreements
- Preparing presentations
- Translations of documents
- Cooperation with office material suppliers, telephone operators, other services connected with Sales Department
- Responsible for carrying out other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Skills:
- 2 years of experience as an assistant
- Fluent in both oral & written English
- Higher education required
- Timely and highquality execution of tasks/reception work/guests
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Must be available to start immediately
- Command of French language more than welcome
