Key responsibilities
• Provide professional support to internal and external clients
• Regular office site control in order to ensure a proper facility service
• Regular mail box administration / responses for requests according to signed priority
• Realization of tasks delegated by the Administration Supervisor
Requirements
• Professional Experience at the same or similar position will be additional advantage
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good communication skill
• Education – University degree or during the acquisition of Education
