Our Client is a leading international company having its Finance and Accounting Shared Centre in Krakow. Due to their rapid expansion we are currently looking for candidates to join Accounts Receivable team.

As a member of Accounts Receivable team you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring orders an overdue invoices;
- Cash collection;
- Supporting senior staff in cash application;
- Performing activities within the dunning process;
- Preparing standard reports;
- Resolving customer queries/complaints relating to the processes and escalating queries/complaints as appropriate;
- Achieving performance objectives agreed with Team Lead;
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives;
- Cooperates with other work streams within the SSC.
Requirements:
- BA/MA in finance or economic – other disciplines will be considered;
- Min. 6 months of experience in a financial sector or customer service experience;
- Fluency English – B2 level at least;
- Strong intercultural competence;
- Client oriented and precision;
- Practical knowledge of MS Office & Windows.
