Job description:
- Performingaccounting and clerical tasks related to efficient maintenance and processingof transactions regarding firm's suppliers and employees
- Participating in knowledge transfer of an as-is process while incorporating certain immediateprocess improvements
- Ensuringthat service quality is maintained
- Reviewing and posting invoices
- Reconcilement payment and accounts
- Inputtingemployee expenses into SAP
- Maintaining vendor files
- Generating regular reports
- Participating in the Month End Close and regular process reviews with clients and key stakeholders
- Responsibility for assigned KPI's to meet customer Leeds
- Escalating issues and risks to the manager
- University Degree: Financeor Accounting
- 1-5 years of professionalexperience; preferably in a Shared Service/BPO
- Understanding of the basicprinciples of VAT around Europe
- Fluent Polish and English
- Very good knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (MS Excel mandatory)
- Knowledge of AccountsPayable, Travel and Employee Reimbursement process, understanding of SLAs,KPIs, process documentation, SOPs-desirable
- Knowledge of SAP programme-desirable
- Ability to maintain strongworking relationships with demanding internal customers
- Quality orientation,attention to detail and accuracy
- Teamwork, analytical andgood communication skills
- Able to work efficientlyunder pressure
