Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant with Dutch/German/Italian/Romanian
Location: Krakow

AP Accountant is responsible for recognition of incoming invoices and contact with internal customer and vendors, reconciliation account balances of vendors and accounts of employees, payments preparing and accruals.
Main duties:
- Ensuring that all payments are accurately recorded and agree to required documentation
- Gaining authorization for payment & prepare payments
- Requesting, receiving and processing credit memos
- Contacting suppliers to monitor payment terms
- Requesting statements of accounts from suppliers
- Resolving suppliers queries
- Supporting the team in the month end processes
Requirements:
- Academic graduate (preferable Finance & Accounting)
- Min. two years of experience in a work PTP process
- Good command in English and Dutch or German or Italian or Romanian
- Practical knowledge of MS Office & Windows
- Very good general understanding of the processes in scope
- Strong intercultural competence
- Client oriented and precision
